Technical Support Specialist with English

You will have the opportunity to:

• Meet the demands of customers for solving problems when working with software;
• Provide technical support to customers via email or other electronic means, including diagnosing and resolving issues and problems in software, computer peripheral equipment, networks, databases and the Internet, providing guidance and support development, installation and maintenance of systems;
• Resolve operational problem, prepares and presents; presents reports for the performed activities;
• Maintain records of daily operations for the transmission of digital data, problems and remedial action, carried installation activities;
• Investigate and implement solutions in consultation with user manuals, technical manuals, and more.
• Ensure customers’ indulgence.


We are looking for:

• High school diploma or university degree;
• Fluent command in English language;
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, Windows OS;
• Previous experience on a technical position or IT knowledge would be considered as an advantage;
• Excellent attendance and strict adherence to daily schedules is required;
• Strong communication skills;
• Highly Customer oriented;
• Team-worker able to work under pressure;
• Computer literate;
• Ready to work on a specific schedule.
