Our R&D department is a key part of NaXex and is made from multiple teams as: Release Management , CI and Automation team, DB team and 3 Cross functional teams that include web, mobile, WPF, core developers, QA experts and product specialists;
The Product Management team is cross-functional in nature and bridges different departments. Our team’s main responsibility is to assure the successful creation and implementation of each and every one of our products. This entails consistently improving existing products as well as creating new ones.
Our Operations experts are responsible for the all key company processes to function perfectly. They are the people also responsible for planning, managing and tracking the performance of all company projects, objectives and initiatives. The team is committed to making sure each project’s objectives are met and completed on time within the set budget. They also lead performance reviews of key metrics which are presented and evaluated each month.
Our HR team is crucial to the wellbeing of our employees. Our HR specialists are some of the best in the industry and are always on the lookout for the next IT talent. They are responsible for attracting, retaining and growing our people.
Our Finance specialists oversee all financial matters as well as the facility and office administration services. Their main duties are day to day transactional accounting, processing payroll, managing accounts payable and receivable, allocating assets, reducing liabilities and managing cash flow.
The NaXex BI experts provide solutions that enable us to gain insight into our critical operations through reporting applications and analysis tools. Our team focuses on providing valuable data to the business.
Along with the R&D department, our IT and Support is the largest in the company. It consists of the following four teams: the System and Application Administration experts who handle the infrastructure and application layers of our systems; the Chief information security officer, who establishes and maintains the security of all the company’s information assets and technologies as well as adequate protection of all information and technologies; the Network and VoIP team takes care of the connectivity of all our offices and clients and finally the Global Desktop and Technical Support team that provides assistance to all our clients around the world.
